Terrain: Clayey loam soils, alternating layers of clay marl and sand.
Maturation: Hand harvesting in early October; soft pressing and fermentation in steel, with a 20-day maceration and frequent daily pumpovers; aging in 10 hl French oak barrels for 6 months.
