Description: Fresh and elegant, with a fruity aroma, heroically produced in the "greme", our steep and rugged hills. Harmonious and delicate, savory, and subtly aromatic.
Grapes: Glera
Terrain: Hilly terrain that ensures maximum sun exposure: the vineyards are spread between the first plains and the hills, at altitudes ranging from 150 to 360 meters above sea level, with slopes sometimes exceeding 70%. The steep incline provides excellent drainage for rainwater.
Maturation: Gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts in a pressurized tank
