BRUT NATURE SUI LIEVITI

  • Wine appellation: Valdobbiadene docg
  • Description: Pale straw yellow in color, slightly hazy due to the presence of the lees, with an ultra-fine, delicate, elegant, and persistent perlage. Intense and refined aromas of flowers, apple, pear, white peach, figs, and bread crust. Dry, well-balanced, fresh, and rounded on the palate, it impresses with its elegance and vibrancy.
  • Grapes: Glera
  • Terrain: Vineyard located on the Riva (hill) del Fal in Farra di Soligo, with a slope exceeding 70%. The shallow soil consists of sedimentary rocks mixed with clays (iron and aluminum silicates), which impart minerality to the grapes.
  • Maturation: Soft pressing of the grapes is followed by natural static decantation of the must. Fermentation takes place with selected yeasts, respecting tradition. Bottling occurs as temperatures rise in spring, triggering a natural refermentation in the bottle. The wine is then aged in the dark, resting horizontally for at least six months before being released to the market.
