Davide Spillare discovered his passion for winemaking during an internship at La Biancara by Angiolino Maule, despite his family’s skepticism. Ignoring doubts like 'Farming doesn’t pay,' he transformed a small family vineyard of 1.5 hectares in Gambellara into a thriving 10-hectare estate (plus 2 managed hectares). His vineyards, located between 150 and 400 meters on volcanic soils, are cultivated organically using innovative techniques to minimize environmental impact
