Grapes: Garganega
Terrain: The vineyards are located on poor, volcanic soils in Gambellara, in the province of Vicenza. Spanning two hectares, these vineyards are ideal for producing high-quality wines.
Maturation: The grapes are destemmed, followed by fermentation and maceration on the skins for 10 days in an open-top fermentation vessel. The wine is then aged in barriques for one year and further refined in the bottle for another year.
