Grapes: Garganega
Terrain: The vineyards are located on poor, volcanic soils in Gambellara, in the province of Vicenza. Spanning two hectares, these vineyards are ideal for producing high-quality wines.
Maturation: One portion of the grapes is directly pressed as whole clusters, then ferments and ages in steel. Another portion undergoes a 5-day maceration on the skins and ages in 15 hl oak barrels.
