  • Wine appellation: Colli Piacentini Doc Malvasia
  • Description: The first interpretation of Malvasia di Candia Aromatica as a still wine in Italy, dating back to 1991. Grown in these regions for five centuries, it is considered Italy's true alternative to Gewurztraminer. It is characterized by a slight residual sugar, giving it an elegant smoothness and structure. Incredible aging potential.
  • Grapes: Malvasia di Candia Aromatica 
  • Terrain: Clayey-silty soils (ancient red soils), with veins emerging from hills between 180 and 210 meters above sea level. The grapes come from the Ronco, Morello, Sorriso, and Cà di Terra vineyards.
  • Maturation:Soft pressing of whole bunches hand-picked, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel. 5 months on the lees with battonage
