Description: Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose features prominent notes of white flowers and fresh yellow fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and delicate with good persistence and an almond finish.
Grapes: Garganella
Terrain: Located in Canova, Verona. Soil is moderately deep, gravelly, and predominantly calcareous.
Maturation: The grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning with careful selection of the bunches into small wooden crates. This is followed by crushing and destemming, and fermentation at a controlled temperature for 20 days.
