Sergio Genuardi, a passionate young winemaker in his 30s, transformed one hectare of gypsum-calcareous soil in Casteltermini (Agrigento) into Le Sette Vendemmie—a project that seamlessly blends tradition and innovation. Specializing in Nero d’Avola, Perricone, and Catarratto, Sergio employs tailored pruning techniques and staggered harvests to honor the uniqueness of each vine. Inspired by his deep love for Sicily and his enology studies in Palermo, Sergio crafts wines that embody the land’s character and his rebellious vision.
