Description: Lunarìa is a tribute to the mining tradition of Casteltermini, where miners found solace in the moonlight during their long and arduous hours of work. Golden yellow in color, it presents a kaleidoscope of aromas, ranging from ripe citrus notes to the elegance of orange blossom, with a subtle mineral hint. On the palate, it offers a pleasant freshness with a slight tannic touch from skin maceration.
Grapes: Catarratto
Terrain: Chalky-limestone soils, hills located at 570 meters above sea level.
Maturation: The hand-harvested grapes undergo a light maceration for five days after an initial pressing. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel, with no temperature control and no filtration.
